Everything can be a publicity stint but if the guy has all the necessary BCH to be able to buy specific 111 quantity of Tesla cars then maybe he can be telling the truth. Whatever may, this is promoting BCH whether the guy has a relationship with BCH or not. Obviously he is a big holder of BCH and he knows that if Elon Musk will bite the bait then this can push the value of BCH to the moon, just like BTC.
