Title: Elon Musk Insists He Doesn’t Control Dogecoin
Post by: Btceth01 on May 27, 2021, 12:44:35 AM
Amid growing concern over Elon Musk tightening his grip on Dogecoin and the broader crypto industry, the centibillionaire recently took to Twitter to clarify that he doesn’t actually control the project.
When a prominent community account praised Musk for treating Dogecoin like his own company by actively promoting it and engaging in its development, the entrepreneur replied that his ability to take action is "limited”:
Please note Dogecoin has no formal organization & no one reports to me, so my ability to take action is limited.
Back in April 2019, Musk tweeted that Dogecoin was his “favorite cryptocurrency” after winning an April Fool’s Day poll to be appointed as the joke cryptocurrency’s new crypto.
The Tesla boss is now attempting to increase the coin’s scalability to make it the world’s currency. Source (https://cryptonews.net/702872/?utm_source=CryptoNews&utm_medium=app&utm_campaign=shared)

We know that sellers are the buyers also, indeed the biggest trading risk is loss.  I personally feel sorry, for people who buy at a high price, because that's just a word from someone. The increase in the price of the doge was not triggered by the function of the doge coin itself but was simply a "joke." It is shown that Elon Musk most of the time dominates Doge price.

Elon musk is the famous person that have Tesla company.
Elon can influence many people to buy and sell their coin.
I agree no one can control doge, but we don't forget, the big Investor can influence market.
Elon, his tweet influces the market dumping now.

He owns only 22% of Tesla inc. But, being second richest person in the world makes him having almost unlimited resources to influence on any market he wants.

You say Elon starter market dump, but I would disagree by saying China started all this dump with their Bitcoin ban and other limitations.

The way the market used to fluctuate in the words of Elon Musk a few days ago is not happening now. Elon Musk's comments have little effect on the cryptocurrency market. Now he says something positive about doge coins, but the value of dogecoins is not changing much. Because a few times people have suffered a lot by investing in his words.

The Chinese government has been banning Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general several times a year since 2013, I don't know to what extent they are going to take things more seriously this time, but after so many years of hearing the same thing, it's hard to believe what they say. On the other hand, I think that Tesla and Elon Musk have more responsibility with their different statements about the acceptance of Bitcoin as a payment method. They can't laugh at people without anything happening.

Elon Musk constantly tweets about Dogecoin and he doesn't do it just like that, and most importantly, when a tweet about Dogecoin appears on Elon Musk's Twitter, Dogecoin starts growing right at that moment and it doesn't matter Elon Musk is connected with Dogecoin or not, Elon Musk's tweets have a huge impact on the price of Dogecoin.
