Title: Can the legalization of bitcoin reduce arm robbery and other theft cases.

People are mostly robbed of their fiat currencies so i was thinking what if we were all using bitcoin. would it reduce the rate of arm robbery

But robbery is in bitcoin transactions too. People are robbed of their tokens from their wallets when some hackers get access to their account

It might help somehow. Because the technology behind Blockchain is such a powerful one that it can help cater for some of these security issues.

They only way someone can steal from your wallet is when you give them a permission out of ignorance. Blockchain technology is secured and nobody can just take anything out of your wallet without you laying your guards down with respect to your password or private key or a UTC file or whatever you use to encrypt your wallet.
I used my utc file tho which is locked up somewhere

I don't think it will go on that way. Evil person has always best way to continue doing their evil practices so we can not expect too much from that.

with that we only take care of physical theft but the focus of bad actors will be shifted towards hacking of wallet accounts, and that's what people are more worried about in usage of BTC and alts
