well, "wales" would need money to celebrate xmas and new year in casinos etc, so they will pump eth and it will go down the hole afterwords LOl jk xD  ;D But you will see a pump and dump type ride before Dec 25 to Jan 18

i think i December many of ico are launched so price grow. and some how bitcoin is also a factor.
