Hello everyone pls I started cryptocurrency few months ago and all the coins I bought are down currently but am scared because am thinking the market won't bounce back should I just sell my coin at lost or should I just hold.

Well cryptocurrency market is not in good shape right now but being new in the system there are certain things to consider, but first of all patience is the key point to HODL the token. I belive you have did right thing to buy for now but holding the token for a while will yield you profit.

Brother crypto market is always changing. It is normal for the crypto market to always fluctuate. Not only you but many people are currently at big loss by investing. The market will not rise again, it is a misconception. Be patient the market must be up.

Dear in this field you have to show patience and this is not possible that market will remain down you just have to wait for the correct time and you will earn a good amount. I am also buying coin and I am holding them.

I really hope you held onto your investments. You no doubt bought at their lows, and as long as they weren't awful investments then I imagine the values have increased considerably since then. I'm really hoping you didn't panic sell shortly after, as otherwise you'd probably be around 2x in profit within a relatively short time-frame.

Hello mate, I hope you invested in potential tokens. Assuming they are not shitcoins, then not need to worry if those tokens will increase because of certain in will as long as they are alive and working well.
However, I will not intentionally hurt you. In case you invested in shitcoins and dead coins. Those tokens will not bounce back anymore not unless from shit coin diverted to real use case project.
No need to worry if you think they are reliable and the token is potential.
