A former employee of the now-defunct cryptocurrency exchange Cryptopia has pleaded guilty to the theft of roughly $172,000 in cryptocurrency he obtained by making a copy of users’ private keys. Thanks for sharing the post @sirty143. Having this information I ask myself several questions... Will that thief return the $172,000 he stole from its rightful owners?, I'm not sure. Will he go to jail for the robbery?, I'm not sure. Could this thief be working on some other exchange in a few years?, I hope not. The identity of this thief must be public so that everyone knows who he is and what he does.
