For sure, the one which has lofty ambitions. If you see an ICO which is solving an important problem, it’s a good sign. It should have a team of experts who are ready to answer your questions day and night, usually in Telegram channel. Social media are not of less importance. Before making an investment, check the White Paper: if it’s a pleasure to read it, then – cool. Get acquainted with the details of the ICO: rights of token holders, the price of a token, the dates, and so on. If ICO is held for a working product, it means that your money will go where needed.
