Title: What makes NFTs popular?

Recently NFTs become so popular. Lots of people and investors are suddenly so starting so much discussion on it. So i wonder "Is NFTs truly worthy for us to develop it"?

I found that article talking about what is NFTs and pointing some of NFTs traded with higher and higher price.
