Title: Why does Bitcoin rise in price each time new usdt is issued?

I found that each time new usdt is issued, bitcoin price will increase, is usdt used to rise  bitcoin price?

Simply because it is the currency of tomorrow, if not it, its blockchain principle is designed to last.
I started to take an interest in it last summer and quickly understood its potential. When I read the articles explaining its technology, I have the impression to relive the beginning of Internet.
