How can I get some IOTA with the smallest fee, I've been going from bitcoin atm to IOTA and it's been costing a lot in fees, any feeless or near feeless ways to get IOTA? Doesn't need to be from cash to iota it can be credit card to iota or credit to btc to iota as long as it has low fees

I have been told that debit cards are a much faster way to go than bank transfers. I have only done bank transfers, but the transfer takes a few days, and then after you buy the ETH they do not make it available for 7 days.
