The second-largest cryptocurrency falls 13.30% versus Bitcoin's 9.38% decline as China's move scares investors away.

Chinese authorities are threatening to investigate anyone even tangenially related to the cryptocurrency industry within China (https://theforexreview.com/2021/09/27/major-crackdown-of-crypto-businesses-shakes-china/), they are really cracking down this time. No wonder crypto prices dropped like that. :(
