So can we finally say that soon Binance will be Ireland based? Well, I am sure that Binance can be doing well in Ireland and I am sure CZ see many factors why this country has become his primary choice after jumping from one country to another. Binance must have an established headquarter (and a beautiful building with the name Binance plastered on it too) as it is now on the move to be fully legal and recognized in many countries of operation just like Coinbase is settled in USA.

This is not really surprising, lots of companies that have a global reach have their headquarters in Ireland. I don't know the specifics, but the taxation of businesses there is preferable for big companies.
