Cryptocurrency cannot and cannot replace the paper money of states. These are completely different financial assets, centralized and decentralized. Despite the fact that we now have a certain example with El Salvador, however, this state did not have its own currency and previously used the US dollar as its currency. This is most likely an exception on the part of states with weak economies. Developed countries will not allow them to lose their currency.
Paper money is already being partially replaced by non-cash forms of payment, and will also soon be partially replaced by digitized state currencies. It is also possible for states to completely abandon paper money, but so far this is very problematic.

Cryptocurrency is going to be the big revolution affecting the global finance, money and banking. right now, many established finance institutions are looking at cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin on how they can also be able to make a ride with the trend and make some money as their customer base are demanding that they offer crypto-related products/services. There is no stopping cryptocurrency...this is a fact and for sure. Around 4% of the global populations are into cryptocurrency...wait till it get there to 10% and we can have a wildfire.

Because many investors already move to invest in crypto currency than fiat money.
Crypto currency is the future technology and I think It will replace fiat money at the coming future.
Crypto is more profitable to invest than fiat money.

That's true, I think government will have many consideration to accept crypto currency.
Crypto currency is volatile and can not be controlled.
I think government will look for this solution if they will accept or addopt crypto currency.

As for me I consider that cryptocurrency will be very popular all over the world. It is an opportunity to get passive income. Also cryptocurrency are decentralized, so they don't depend on governments or corporations + it is an opportunity to be anonymous. I don't think that in near future crypto will replace fiat, but they will exist together.

Something to bare in mind, we already have cryptocurrency ...its called crypto dollars. More money is sent digitally today, than in cash. The "control" is what a good portion of people would like to see change. Will the control change is the question. Unless you've got a government that doesn't like to control its own currency, that's a tricky future. A revolution is needed

I don't think crypto can replace fiat because governments won't be able to accept crypto in place of fiat. Fiat is a powerful tool for governments to regulate and control the economy, they are not going to give it up. If Fiat is abolished, we will have a lot of volatility in the national & international economy.

It has been stated many times, very difficult and complicated to replace fiat. Why?
Fiat is not only a currency that is used for payment and transactions. It is a matter of regulation, centralization, and also the law. The world bank will never let it be. It may be one of the currencies, but not for replacing fiat

Does replace fiats mean to lose it in the future? I don't think crypto to replace fiats, it seems to be international alternative currencies. People still need fiats, they cannot use digital currencies for all payment needs. I assume cryptocurrencies and fiats can make the world financial sector be stronger in the future. So, we actually don't need to lose fiats, or crypto to replace fiats.

As you said, people cannot use digital currency for their payment.
Crypto currency need internet for connection.
But Not all of countries have internet connection at their area.
Maybe at provinces, no internet there.

It will not happen in the near future. Unlike fiat money, cryptocurrency is not regulated by central authorities or backed by governments. This makes the virtual currency less credible than the real one. Cryptocurrency is also much more volatile than fiat money. The volatility is primarily driven by the speculative nature of the trade.

crypto and fiat will always coexist for a very long period of time, before all of humanity understands and understands about crypto and wants to use it, it will be very difficult.  Maybe 4 or 5 generations of us here have that opportunity.  I personally think that the current paper money system is too cruel.

Fiat money is of great importance at this stage of the development of the world economy. Many people do not even know about the existence of cryptocurrencies, but they all have fiat money with which they conduct calculations. Cryptocurrency has to go a long way before it will be known about it in every corner of the planet and all people will start using it. But it is worth saying that its prospects are very good.

Cryptocurrency will become the only medium of transaction in the future. I think it's great. The use of cryptocurrencies will increase significantly worldwide. Then the transaction institution or person will not use the local money. Currently I do cryptocurrency transactions in various fields. At present I have very little use of money. So I think in the future cryptocurrency will be used instead of fiat money.

Money paper / Fiat cannot be replaced by Crypto, maybe if we talk about stable coins, it can still be considered, crypto is a fast option that everyone can use when they want to transfer money between countries, without the need for a bank account and it is transparent.
I can see some countries have accepted crypto for payments, but it is still being developed, some crypto platforms are creating many products like EDC machines, and it looks good.
In the future we will see Fiat and crypto being used for payments, without having to replace one of them.

Bitcoin price has hit $64k today, and this is the highest price this month.  Maybe the price will still increase, let's wait together. Cryptocurrencies do have extraordinary developments, and it cannot be denied that many countries intend to create their own digital currency. It is not impossible, someday this cryptocurrency will completely replace fiat money as a legal means of payment.

Yes, exactly.
This is what will happen.
ALthough there are some opportunities, the existence of cryptocurrency may not be for replacing fiat. They can be a currency, but not for replacing, they are one of the currencies that can be used as options for payment. Like what has been in some countries right now.

You must understand everyone is not comfortable with cryptocurrencies those who do not want to take risks will keep relying on Fiat because they are not used to volatility and we all know cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. In the near future, a complete replacement of fiat with cryptocurrencies is impossible, firstly, it is access to the Internet, which many people who do not live in cities do not have. Secondly, this is the widespread use of fiat, and hence the great trust in it on the part of people. And thirdly, fiat and cryptocurrencies exist in parallel and there is no point in combining them or removing one of the markets forever.

Of course, cryptocurrency will never replace the national money of states. The issue and circulation of money on the territory of the state is completely under the jurisdiction of the state power - the legislative body and the government, as well as the central bank of the country. This replacement is only possible through appropriate action by these bodies, as was the case in El Salvador.

Although that anything is possible, I honestly think in my opinion that it may not really replace fiat money in the near future. Cryptocurrencies (with the exception of stablecoins) are subject to market volatility and has no astronomical guaranteed returns or promises. Fiat and cryptocurrencies have different use cases in the financial sector. So it’s better to have both fiat and crypto co-exist for a very long time.

How can cryptocurrency dominate the fiat of states?. Some throw slogans and do not even think about what was said. States are loyal to the cryptocurrency, because at the summit of the G20 countries they decided that the cryptocurrency does not pose a threat to the global financial system. And now let's think about what will happen if the cryptocurrency in any way declares itself in such a way that the opposite decision will be made and the G20 countries will decide to ban the cryptocurrency, along with mining, exchanges and exchangers and other infrastructure of cryptocurrencies. The crypto currency will immediately go into the shadows and decrease in volume by hundreds of times, and maybe more. It will be practically uninteresting to serious business. People can only send it to each other, that's all. It will lose its current practical significance completely.
Cryptocurrency can walk in society only along with the currency of states and under its supremacy. Therefore, it would be better if the cryptocurrency does not try to conflict with fiat.

It's not as easy as you think and you must know the adoption of crypto is still very less as compared to those who trust fiat currencies. We all know the crypto market is highly volatile and normal traders or common men will not take risks to invest in the volatile market. They feel safe with the fiat money. The comfort and trust factor is very important unless it develops widely we can not imagine cryptocurrencies will replace the fiat.

Yeah, crypto currency is high volatile and I think It seems difficult to replace fiat money at the coming future.
In my opinion, crypto is investment, yeah digital investment.
So, I don't think about crypto will replace fiat money.

If we compare between crypto and fiat money from the stability, I think crypto currency is unstable and unpredictable.
The government cannot control this.
So, I also believe, crypto will never replace fiat money.

It's true, Crypto will not replace Fiat money.  But Cryptocurrencies can replace Fiat money for transactions and payments for goods and services.
Fiat money will still exist even though Cryptocurrencies continue to grow, they both have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Cryptocurrency becomes more regulated in many countries. That is why many big investors use cryptocurrencies for investing purposes creating demand in them.

I think only a certain kind of cryptocurrencies can replace fiat money. And I think you guess which kind. Money is fungible. Only privacy coins like XMR, Firo, PCASH can become the replacement of fiat money.

I don't think crypto currency will replace fiat money, It's hard to say will happen at the coming future.
We all know crypto currency is high volatile and unpredictable.
It seems impossible to happen. Maybe I'm wrong
