Hello all,
I was checking my ZEC wallet address on binance and it shows in zcash explorer a balance of 0.4 ZEC, but in binace is 0. As i remember i have converted to btc time before.
Is this a real balance or transactions balance?

A deposit wallet of an exchange is not your wallet, it is a wallet of exchange. So the only real balance is what shown in the exchange interface. What to do with the money on their wallets the exchange can deside by itself. They sometimes not withdraw funds immediatelly and hold them for months and years. ???

If the wallet is from the exchange, then not all the content may be yours. That is why you don't own the private key of that particular wallet. So the Binance balance is the real balance

maybe the Binance exchange does not support ZEC coins and of course there may also be a minimum limit for exchanging using Zec coins, if it can't be used for trading then you can leave it until the price becomes very expensive.
