Title: How Is Crypto In Your Country These Days?
Post by: TomPluz on October 23, 2021, 05:55:50 AM

Right now, we are experiencing remarkable upward movements for Bitcoin and there are already many people - even famous ones - expecting that soon Bitcoin can reached the $100K level and go beyond it. Now, if that will not be happening this year surely 2022 is going to be it.

Okay, with this background of seemingly increasing interest with Bitcoin and the whole of cryptocurrency. how is cryptocurrency is really doing in your own country?

In my own, we have no problem so far and we are so free to deal with any exchanges we can find online. And there is a very viable way to exchange digital assets into real fiat cash anytime, anywhere including P2P which is also gaining grounds especially using social media.

In the country where I live, I can invest in crypto and trade as usual, if you look at the exchange platforms Tokocrypto and Indodax, that's where I buy and sell coins, but if I use crypto coins to buy things like food and drinks, it's it's not allowed because of the regulations in my country.
but it doesn't matter to me because I can still trade and have lots of coins for long term investment.

Due to the corona, many people lost the job so some of them jump into the crypto market even they made some good money because from the last 1-year market is overall good to make money. Crypto lovers are increasing at a good pace in my country even we have no restriction from the bank to deal in the cryptos. I heard Govt is making some bill for the crypto holders or traders let see what bill brings for the crypto lovers.

As far as I know, our country is neutral towards Cryptocurrencies. The government does not prohibit its people from doing all Cryptocurrency activities such as trading, investing, mining and others. But here the State has not legalized Cryptocurrency as a legal tender, so if we want to shop then we have to exchange it for Fiat first.  But that's not a problem for us, we love to get to know Crypto earlier than most people here.

In my country, the crypto transaction is increasing, and the local exchange competition is growing so there's nothing new about it. It is just like in the pre-pandemic days the interest in crypto is continuously growing even the Pandemic was ravaging businesses and many people were forced to stop working due to lockdowns but still many people are jumping into crypto compared to the pre-pandemic days.

Crypto currency has shown good progress at these days.
But We must be careful, because pump and dump always happen.
So, I think short term investment is better to do.

Very hot! Everyone is talking about crypto, about the BTC recovery and the opportunities that are coming. Everyone wants to buy crypto x10-x100 to become rich. After the correction, everyone is getting FOMO back, so worrying again!

Fine. We cannot expect all of the sudden the whole citizens to be in favor to BTC or let may say in general cryptocurrency. There are different point of view as expected such as pro and anti adoption.

Nevertheless, the important is, it is circulating even though not really official legal tender and yet some citizens are earning from cryptos and Bitcoin investment.

More improvements to come including the enhancement of rules with regards to this digital lucrative investment (somehow). The government are trying their very best to track crypto users. Unfortunately they cannot bear the pressure and huge decentralized ecosystem.

More likely some of government officials are secretly within the boundaries of crypto investment. Not to announce to maintain their good reputation (since in crypto scam is rampant).

Based on Tokocrypto alone, I can easily guess which country you are referring to and where you are residing on. I think my country and yours are on the same level when we talk on cryptocurrency...here we also have no problem with trading and though there are banks that decided to have nothing to do with crypto there are also those that made no qualms about it as they see money generated from cryptocurrency to be the same money that can be found in other types of business. There is no rush to specifically regulate crypto here but I am expecting that soon this can be happening but there is no intention to kill it generally speaking.

In USA, there are already a good number of politicians who are openly showing their interest, investment and support for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole. As of now, in my own country, I still have to read of any famous politician who admitted investment with cryptocurrency maybe because they don't want to be associated with it as for now...especially that there were (and there can be) scams who used cryptos as medium of exchange. However, I know that soon this is going to be changing, soon we can see political leaders to see the value of cryptocurrency especially in the face of the coming hyper-inflation to affect the global economy.

Country's influence is awesome. Media participation is a door to great awareness since the people are in touch with social media activities, youtube, news, podcast, sports, and etc.,.
The government is the hand to give us direction either open or close opportunity. Nevertheless, with or without government, crypto must go on and the citizens will seek a way to connect with crypto.

However, my government really support the cryptocurrency world and we can find some trusted and regulated exchanges in this country

Cryptocurrency is not legal in our country. When the whole world will be much more interested in using cryptocurrency. When cryptocurrency starts getting approval in every country, then cryptocurrency will get approval in our country too. Currently, cryptocurrency has not been approved due to various problems of the central bank and the government. Cryptocurrency can be purchased from any agency once approved.

Crypto in our country is going better, some stock players are turning to crypto.
Several friends who previously didn't like crypto started studying crypto and learned to trade.
About expectations and predictions that bitcoin will touch the price of 100K USD this year, I think it will happen in early December this year.
But anything can happen in crypto currency, Hopefully nothing negative issue.

Our country is a developing country, Cryptocurrencies are well accepted here. Even though there are differences of opinion and debate about Crypto, the reality here is that people are increasingly understanding how important this Cryptocurrency is.
A lot of new people are getting into Crypto, and the government here isn't restricting it either. So we are happy, doing Crypto trading or Crypto investment. And I consider this to be the fortune of the people here.

My country is still yet to allow financial institutions to enable deposits and withdrawal. Though, p2p has been magnificent and we don't have problems using cryptocurrency.
In term of adoption, I still think my country is having lots to do because some people don't really know the difference between shit coins and real projects that are ready for adoption. Some even prefer to buy shitcoins and later get stuck, the last one that surprised me was how many got hooked in squid game token.
It's pathetic and shameful that people want to make quick money and crypto doesn't work like that.

Yes, that's true. Many newbies starting to invest in shitcoin because they believe shitcoin will make them rich quicker.
Several got big profit from shitcoin and more or them have loss.
That's happening in my countries.
I think We should make them to know about how to invest in good coins, not only shit coin.

Well, not that cryptocurrency trading is banned in my country but the financial institutions have been banned from doing any cryptocurrency-related transactions in my country. Trading cryptocurrency is still very much alive and a lot of people are getting In daily but the only means of changing to fiat currencies now is via p2p and that still works fine even though it would have been more profitable if Banks were not restricted from crypto transactions.

After the covid-19 surprise, a lot of persons lost their job and some lost their businesses and as a result, most of those people have really gone into the crypto business and they are doing well with it. I have been in the crypto business since 2016 and I am very happy that I know the business on time.

indeed each country will carry out its own rules by looking at the situation experienced by the country if crypto can be recognized as a legal trading tool. because it is clear that the state must make improvements to be able to arrange so that the state does not end up experiencing a dilemma in the future.

more countries that do not prohibit but do not recognize it as a legal tender, because that is more able to accommodate all of them. because without good regulation, it will backfire later if you have to admit it as a legitimate alt exchange.
