If a project is launching an IDO it means the project is launching a coin or token via a decentralized liquidity exchange. This is a type of crypto asset exchange that depends on liquidity pools where traders can swap tokens, including crypto coins and stablecoins.I hope that was easy enough.I recommend you to search more and check project's IDOs. DEIP already has one IDO on 28th October.
Yes youre right, If the project is launching a coin or token via a decentralized liquidity exchange. You can join to buy their tokens in IDO, its cheaper but we mus learn their team and the project.

IDO means Initial Decentralized Offering. This happens when a certain project is fundraising for their project and their plan is to list their token in DEX exchanges first. IDO is good but we have to be very careful because many scammers are taking advantage of IDO to scam investors, don't forget that listing in DEX does not require any fees, only liquidity and it can be even $50!
