Wow, Is that for real? that was a huge number of bitcoin holders to date, but I believe most of that 5million+ holders are holding only 1 BTC or more because I believe that the large percentage of that BTC in circulation was held and controlled by whales.

Regarding the question about how many millionaires are in that 5million+ holders, I guess it is only 30-35 percent of that number and the rest are thousand and a few numbers of Billionaires which is the whales.

One thing for sure is that on a yearly basis, there is a big growth of Bitcoin holders all over the world and with the recent pumps of Bitcoin reaching a new ATH lately, many are becoming millionaires because they choose to hold and never give up on the belief that eventually Bitcoin can be reaching a million dollar mark one day...not a question of why and if but just a question of when.

and now imagine that these exchanges were hacked, unfortunately the experience was not small, then what will happen to the bitcoin exchange rate? I don't like centralization and monopoly in this area the most, I would like more decentralization. And as for the wallets that are lost, there is also a large number lying there....

There aren't 5 million holders per say, there are 5 million addresses. Bare in mind by default hardware wallets create new addresses for every incoming transaction, so someone using this would have a handful or dozens of addresses over the years, if they continue to buy Bitcoin, especially if you consider dollar cost averaging which would be regular inputs.

I imagine it's more like 1-2 million holders at best, if half of those addresses are created by hardware devices, which could add up to a dozen addresses per person on average

Hacking will never go away. As we are speaking (or should I say posting?) right now, hackers are so busy working with the possibility of weakness that an exchange may exhibit and exploit it. I heard that one of the most important source of funds of North Korea is hacking and they are doing it like a real business. Certainly, they are targeting rich and big crypto exchanges because the prize can be enormous. What happened to Binance can also happen to any other exchange.

That 15% of holding bitcoin maybe the creator of bitcoin I guess or maybe the binance exchange.. you know how big and popular the binance exchange. If I know bitcoin in the early days maybe I am the one of the top 100 richest who holds bitcoin.

If there are 10 largest investors in the world, seven of them will invest in Bitcoin platform. If we look at the amount of investment in the Bitcoin platform now, we can see how much people are currently investing in Bitcoin. This is why big investors invest in Bitcoin because it is not possible to transact in Bitcoin. Even if you make big transactions through Bitcoin, no one will ever know.
