Crypto capital is moving to Puerto Rico as tax regulations are much more favorable than in the United States.

Puerto Rico has the potential to be the base of those in USA who might have a problem or two with the existing and future crypto regulations. I am sure that this country will be welcoming crypto-related business as well. Even if it will not be following the El Salvador path, it is suffice that the government allows the business and industry of cryptocurrency to flourish but they mist always be careful with scammers and hackers to use their country as a venue or a base for operation.
