I think that in Mark Zuckerberg again nothing will come of it. He went in from afar, creating a Novi wallet that is not yet associated with his Libra / Diem stablecoin and Facebook. At the same time, he does not hide the fact that such a connection will arise in the future. US lawmakers and regulators will not allow Zuckerberg to use the dollar to create his empire with three billion people, about whose activities he will know absolutely everything: from their confidential data, their interests and occupations, their thoughts and moods, to all their financial transactions.
Zuckerberg's ambitions have gone so far that he even wants to rename his Facebook to Meta, thereby announcing that Meta will unite the physical and virtual world of its members.
