The sale of new token/coins on the crypto community some years ago started with ICO (initial coin offering). This method gain some success but was characterized with so many scams, unfortunately, many people lost confidence in the system.
The ICOs drawbacks brought about the IEO ( initial exchange offering. Initial exchange offering actually brought back investor confidence and it gains mainstream until some investors spotted some disadvantages like the exchanges full controls of coin/token especially coin volumes manipulations
Now come the IDO (initial Dex offering). This method is fully decentralized and may be investors, traders, hunters etc preferred method. However, i think IDO has it own drawbacks too, but for the propose of this discussions, which of these method is considered better? Your thoughts.

Right now, people are running after IDO because this is the most profitable method right now to boost any project. And Investor , trader , normal retail investor are into it now badly because of this method hype . IF you look to good IDO project, you can see all of this IDO project every time get high response from investor and having initial 2x profit.
On the other hand, ICO right now known as scam method to boost any project and most of the ICO project now start to be scam . This is why most of investor start to leave ICO and the ICO demand decrease too fully .

IMHO, I think the three methods have their own purposes, and also have their own drawbacks, but since the three methods were invented and used at different times that's why the performance may differ between each other. But one thing is certain the ICO, IEO, IDO are invented for one purpose to raise funds for the project But if I will choose one I'll go for the IEO, because I believe it was the safest form of offering if it's done on a trusted exchange lIke Binance.
