I have noticed recently that layer 1 project are doing anything to progress their project and the money popping out from this foundation are quite motivating to drag developers from other communities to built on their chain. However, there are some developers that are core to the root and strong head that will never abandon their previous projects. They are so committed and that's why till date I'm yet to see more developers in Harmony despite the huge allocation from their foundation, the news are always good at pumping bags though.
