Title: The flow of funds in cryptocurrency.
Post by: tonymillions84 on November 09, 2021, 09:39:32 PM
I have tried several times to understand how funds flow in the crypto eco system and finally i have come to the conclusion that there has been a particular strategy which has been maintained for long and i think it will help traders.
First i goes into bitcoin, from bitcoin, it moves to the old altcoins like xrp, stellar and bitcoin cash and then it flows into defi and coins with smaller value.
Know this and trade with peace.

Are you telling us about a particular strategy in trading that works for you?
If it is about trading, you must post this topic on the "Cryptocurrency Trading" board.
Anyway, moving your funds on different coins is a usual way in crypto trading. That's what most traders do with their funds. But the point is how to find out the best coins to trade. It requires your own skills to determine it and take a look at the current trends in crypto market.

By the way is it the cryptocurrency turnover of your trading strategy?

because if I look at it from a holistic perspective of the volume that is currently on the crypto exchange, then it comes from retail investors looking to take long-term profits. they buy at the current price because they just realized the potential of the crypto coin, from there old investors will sell a little bit of BTC as the quantity demanded and the price offered increases, it will continue naturally

Thanks for the observation and suggestion. I have also heard about it and most of the time it's right as I can see in historical data. This cycle continues and the market behaves according to it. Those who can catch the trend first make gains through it. Sometimes market remains dizzy and we should be neutral at that time.

What will happen if old investors stop selling their BTC and circulation of BTC decreased. The demands of BTC will continue to rise and its value will increase. That's the situation right now. Also, old whales release some BTC in circulation as you said and they place long or short orders. Whales recover that funds from retail investors by liquidating them.

it turns out that all funds are transferred according to the plan scheme every time? or is it just an observation? There is something in this, because whales first pump bitcoin, then switch to altcoins, this is my observation, but I did not look at difi tokens, perhaps not as attentive as the author.

Last time assets flow into bitcoin, ethereum and other top coins. Recently, DeFi has become very popular, and some of the assets are flowing there. However, do not forget about the younger tokens and coins that show many X. So follow your strategy, turn off emotions and be successful!

This happens a lot in hype projects, the ones that worth it and the ones that doesn't worth the hype but there is something I have recently noticed, when a project is funded by ex team, for example the founder of solana was once a team member ethereum but later created and form Solana and because of his influences, Solana was heavily pumped and moon by moonboys.
The same pattern happened to FTM and Matic and it continues in that manager to shitcoins

It is not sure enough that every funds from Bitcoin will flow into altcoins.
Some people are also trading altcoins only, and some are only focusing on Bitcoin.
The flow is about in the crypto market, whether they are in altcoins or Bitcoins. But surely, the flow of funds will be around altcoins/Bitcoin to stablecoins or every coin pairing in order to change or convert them

Anything can happen at crypto space, But I also don't think about  funds that flow from bitcoin to altcoins.
Manay people believe in bitcoin, and really difficult to take their funds, and invest in altcoins.

Each individual must have their own path in choosing where their Crypto funds will move. Indeed, a lot of Bitcoin funds are moving to Altcoins, because they think that flowing funds from Bitcoin to Altcoins will provide greater profits. But that's not all, because many Bitcoin holders still hold their coins, they sell when the price goes up and then buy it back when the price goes down.

Exactly because each one of us has a different approach/situation when it comes to trading, in short, it depends on our trading needs and status as a trader and it doesn't mean that if that strategy is working for you it also works for everyone, I believe it's not like that because we have in a different situation, skills, and status as a trader. that's why our needs are also different.

Not always.
As long as I know, Bitcoin flow and also altcoins are in cycle.  Ot always from Bitcoin to top coins. Moreover right nkw, many newbies start with altcoins, not Bitcoin. And many people also only orefer to trade or invest in Bitcoin.
