Title: Bitcoin On Retreat?
Post by: TomPluz on December 04, 2021, 04:27:29 AM

Just what I have been expecting, Bitcoin - and cryptocurrency in general - is making some retreat moves just as we are still in the first week of December. Will it be the dominating mood of the market for the rest of the month and will it be a big sign that on the fist quarter of 2022 the bears can be gaining more strength? Personally, I am hoping this is not the case and that the dip can be attracting whales to focus their attention on Bitcoin.

Many of us hoped that at the end of the year there would be a significant rise in prices in this market. But quite the opposite happens. Bitcoin has now plummeted to just below $ 47,000, while ethereum has a price tag of $ 3,871.
But I don't think it will last long. The situation should still change in the next few months. In any case, I do not expect a long bear market. However, surprises may still continue.

We have had a bad day for the crypto market, I was quite surprised to see BTC price fall to 42K USD. I still think BTC only retested 52K USD, not 42K.
Anyway now BTC is recovering, other tokens are also recovering, especially those of the Metaverse trend like Sand, Mana, Enj. Hope BTC will also hit a new ATH soon.

Maybe it's a sign I guess, there is possibility that in the next year of first quarter the market will go bearish but I hope bitcoin will bounce back this month because I want to make profit before the holidays..

Personally, I saw something similar in the development of the market. It seems to me that there has been a disembarkation of "weak hands" from the market. Many sold on the fall, others merged at stop-loss orders. Now I think growth will follow, but what then is the question.

Entering the New Year's holiday, it seems that many people are selling BTC for the holidays, they want to take bigger profits. And the added panic made conditions worse and the Bitcoin price went down. But I'm sure it won't be long, and Bitcoin price will recover.

I am hoping this is not the case and that the dip can be attracting whales to focus their attention on Bitcoin.
Whales may have a certain strategy, they even can be the reason why Bitcoin dropped much today. I don't know what's happening, but I think whales or big players are the only people who can do something like this in the market. We are only the victims of the current situation. They may know Bitcoin to soar again, so they dumped it to buy before the upcoming pump.

We are not yet on 2022, December is on going. My point is, there are still more chances to shift the market movement as long as 2021 is not yet done.

I consider to positively look at the coming days than to be affected by red days and panic momentum of some of our fellows.

We are not newbie anymore in every ups and down. Crypto market environment would never change, our point of view and knowledge will.

If we look at the history of the current Bitcoin price, I remember the situation that happened in 2017, when the Bitcoin price fell and the bear market lasted for a long time, if you look at the progress and development of current technology, I believe this is a correction and the Bitcoin price will rise along with the altcoins.

IMO, I guess it's pretty hard to determine precisely at this time, but my instinct tells me that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are most likely to experience more dips in terms of prices in the days to come, as the bearish sentiment is dominating the crypto market today but it was just my opinion and im so sure about it.

Quite possible. Someone is selling assets, while someone is buying them. And when most of them throw off their assets, then the next wave of growth will begin. But I'm more interested in how long the bullish trend will continue. Don't you think it dragged on?

History will repeat again but when is still the big question but this time is recovery so buy again and save it. I'm not fundamentalist but see only from technical and second top bottom already happen. Our prediction could be wrong but buy with 20% fund is not bad decision, keep watch the news and never forget to collect shitcoin also.

Bitcoin is good for long-term storage, and no matter how much it sags in price, sooner or later it will break through previous price peaks. They believe in bitcoin, which cannot be said about the huge number of altcoins on the market.

I think those sudden dips are pretty unplesant for those who bought it at peaks though. I wouldn't be happy if I bought it at 60k or 68k and then it spends the next half a year at around 40k.

I agree with you, I think the downtrend might not be like the old years of crypto and I see this as more of a correction than a bear market. We still have some days left for the month of Dec to run out and things do move fast in crypto if it wants to so we could still see a better crypto market before EOY.

I too think it's a correction and a natural continuation of the rally we saw earlier this year. Next year we may see a new proper rally.

Yeah, I first quarter 2022 It's bearish season.
It will continue until the end of this year, But we will several pump as long this year, Although no bearish season I think bitcoin is still strong and has high demand.
I don't think bitcoin retreat, but just lower than last year.
It will dump before has high pump.

Bitcoin cannot be predicted in price to go up and down but Bitcoin has a chart every year the chart is increasing slowly and charts like this have been repeated since 2013.
Bitcoin has its own characteristics so that it can be searched for by all investors and this Bitcoin is not disturbed by third parties or other financial institutions and of course this Bitcoin has a more expensive value than previous years.

I think we should think realistic, today is bearish season. But different with last.
I think crypto market is still strong as long as bearish.
Current bitcoin price is $ 44,500.
It seems to easy to touch more 50K USD.I have asked several senior member here, they said  bitcoin and altcoin wil have several bullish at this year and we will see the big bullish at next year 2023.

Bitcoin is just waiting for the right moment to take advantage and we have to be patient.
Bitcoin has a very good and unique advantage because if Bitcoin drops in price then 1 trader can buy more Bitcoins.
If Bitcoin is expensive, it is certain that many new investors will enter to buy Bitcoin and the price will be more expensive and keep repeating itself in the market.

always interesting to discuss about bitcoin..
You're right If bitcoin down, I think investors and trader will buy more bitcoin.
Bitcoin will be more expensive if the government accept bitcoin.
But I saw several opinions about this, because several government still refuse bitcoin and crypto.
I don't think bitcoin on retreat, bitcoin will grow and recover again.

Government will do more on storing bitcoin than allowing bank exchange, chances are higher for stable coins because it is considered to have lower risk. We are likely to see more hoarding as interested traders and investors in market increases.

No,  bitcoin no retreat, I see many people starting to invest in crypto currency. That's good for crypto market.
Let's see, It's bearish season.
But crypto market is still strong and several people said bitcoin will  touch new ATH.
I think It will be .
I still hold several potential coins and waiting the bullish.
Because I don't about bullish or bearish, I just think about profit.

Many people also think about profit, bullish or bearish are just phase.
We can buy more during bearish and hold until bullish.
I also didn't think bitcoin on retreat, bitcoin will grow and will be more popular at the coming years, no worries about bitcoin and altcoins.
They will have own way to be more popular and be used by many people as investment and maybe will be payment methods.

Bitcoin is the future currency, I don't think bitcoin on retreat.
As  we all know bitcoin price is always volatile every time.
Because bitcoin is decentralized system.
That's normal.
But if you compare to bitcoin when 2013 and now, It's very big progress.
Bitcoin is very expensive and will more expensive at the next coming years.

Yeah, bitcoin has proven didn't retreat.  Bitcoin price will increase every years.
As we all know about five or seven years ago, bitcoin was still cheaper than now.
And for now we see bitcoin is too expensive.
It make us more confidence to invest in  bitcoin.

I anticipate Metaverse efforts will grow and gain a lot of traction this year. MetaverseMe, which has been the most effective in this field in my experience, is one of several projects that will assist older generations connect with current technology. I thought it was extremely clever and intriguing that they reproduced previous games in this Metaverse. In 2023, metaverse efforts will, in my opinion, be the most talked about and investigated for investment, with interest starting to rise this year.

My favorite project is MetaverseMe, because it mixes past, present, and even future technology:). Despite the fact that it will take extra time, I believe it is necessary, and it will be added to my operation's to-do list.
