This looks like a scam. If you open their facebook page you will see the latest statement which is:
Hello Demicoiners,
Finally our team has taken a final decision on referral and signup bonuses.
In the past few days, lot of bad guys are using the referral system to abuse our ICO sales by registering multiple accounts.
The Demicoin Team has agreed that all accounts with zero token purchase will NOT be credited with their referral and signup bonuses. Every account should have at least 50 purchased tokens or be deleted by December 28.
We are doing this to protect the interest of our investors who invested millions of dollars on Demicoin tokens. We will not watch your investments go to vain. We simply want to take you to $55 by February and to the moon but such practices might delay us.
