Nervous is something you cant supress and when it do you can only lose so much pressure and eventually will give in. I dont know but thats how the market works. I think being a true trader, we must muster a good reseaeching skills with projects. Market can be tricky sometime.

indeed patience is the key when you follow crypto because indeed no one can predict accurately other than we only randomly analyze it, but because of patience and choosing a good token one day it will indeed receive a reward for that patience. Patience is a good virtue but understands that it doesn't work when an investor invested in altcoin that dont have good utility, use or support and if you can check the capital market very well you'll see that some coins which are doing well before are not shitcoin.

Holding and trading without emotions really helps a lot, I have sold a coin in 2019 at - 40% cause i scared and it ended up mooning upto 500% in the next week. In 3 months, my assets have approached zero. Previously, everything grew so much, you could remove x's from projects every day. In General, it is easier to sit in a drawdown than to watch the asset grow. You can sit for years with an asset that has fallen in price, but immediately sell it when it came out in a small plus.

I agree that patience is a virtue in all of us at work. However, with my experience, I hope that I used to be less patient in liquidating my crypto assets.
In 2018 I invested in some ICOs and the crypto value in my wallet reached $75000, but now I only have $2500, which has been reduced by 30 times in just 2 years.

I once got a token from a bounty program, and immediately sold it. But a few weeks later, the token's price rose sharply by 1000%. And I immediately regretted that. I think this is the greatest idiocy I have ever committed, and it taught me that patience is the key to investing.

Yes, patience is power i know in crypto market but problem is right choice of token from market. You choose the right coin Zcash at right time so that you hold it but maximum time our traders are newbie and they did not try to get updates of coin so that fail to gain profit even lose by hold. same thing happen here! I have many tokens.in my wallet as of to date but don't have value at all. I'm quite disappointed because I hold it for a long time but it seem it still not awaken. there are exchanges to my token but the value is seemvery small it can't even compensate with gas fee.

I think patient pays if the coin/token has good potential and are reliable projects. I have some coins in my that i have waited for, àt least 3years for price to rise but unfortunately, many of them has no value and some are dead.

But I think it all depends on the coins we hold. If we hold the right coin, the return will be doubled, but it's a different story if we hold trash coins, all our efforts will be in vain.

I believe that's the key phrase right there "the right coin" To me and I have mentioned this before some where, when it comes to HODL, you MUST know which Coin you are holding because it wouldn't make any difference if you are hodling a coin that is not worth it just for the sake of thinking it will blow some day. It is about hodling the right coin.

You're saying right, If you hold a good and potential coin, you can really reap the rewards of holding. However, if you hold shitcoins, you should be prepared to get them as shitcoins and lose your money. Because all of that requires good knowledge and analysis. So care must be taken when choosing the right coin to hold.

I have tried this on many occasions and it works absolutely fine for me. With patience, i can hold a coin for about a year or even more and normally, it does not happen in vain, in the end, sometimes i'm able to earn 500% or even more increment. I remember one coin Zcash Gold surge from $150 to $5000 within a period of 3 months. That's the power of patience in cryptocurrency, if only you hold the right coin.
