Title: AAVE unstaking issue (ETH fees)
Post by: Henri9009 on December 23, 2021, 08:52:17 PM
Hi all!

I did the mistake of trying to stake AAVE on the AAVE plateform (I did crumbs in return).

Now, I'd like to get back my coins, but damn it, the ETH fees are huge, it's ridiculous. It's gonna cost me like 1/4 of what I have only to unstake (and I won't claim the ridiculous $18 I did with staking, because it would cost me more than that to claim it).

The fees seem to be more than when I do other transactions, I don't know if it's my imagination?

Is there any other way that I don't know?

I'd like to sell my AAVE, but the way it is now, I feel like I'm kind of forced to let this there.

Thank you!

I think you might really be forced to let things as they are since doing what you are planning can be costing a lot. This is why I am feeling like the Ethereum blockchain network has already become a big "curse" for all of us who are somehow using the same platform. As for me, I could never transfer some of my digital coins under ERC-20 because the cost is really ridiculous...making the whole thing very unprofitable. And until now there is still no clear sign that soon Ethereum users can be receiving a relief with this gas fee onslaught. Had it been in the outside world from cryptocurrency, this can already be declared a big crisis.
