Over the recent period, OpenSea has seen growing daily trading volumes, which reached a record high since last September. This has brought new get-rich-quick opportunities to many NFT investors.

Those opportunities to get rich quick are the same opportunities to end up broke quickly. Personally, I believe that over 95% of the NFTs that flood the market every day are highly overvalued, offering the "opportunity" to multiply in value in a matter of hours, something I really doubt. Some whales dedicate part of their funds to buy expensive NTF and store them, but it is not a game for everyone depending on the funds of each one.

This is the reason that many users got scammed and then they cry that crypto is fake. Actually, many NFT's by top artists/users are very high in value and the low price NFT's does not seem to be profitable. Although it's all a game of LUCK.

I agree with you. The first impression that new users get when learning about cryptocurrencies totally determines if they will continue or, on the contrary, they will always believe that everything is a scam. While NFTs have useful use cases, things like the ones in this thread (growth x1000) cause people to completely lose their first investment and give up crypto for the rest of their lives, and they do not invest or speak well of the crypto industry again.
