It looks like Meta is planning to jump ship, with inside sources saying that the crypto initiative is trying to sell its assets.

It appears that Zuckerberg's ambitious Libra/Diem stablecoin project is finally failing after three years of unsuccessful attempts to launch it. We can assume that the regulators, and above all the United States, have won. They did not allow the creation of an information and financial monster, which this project could become if the Facebook social network and the Libra stablecoin were connected. I don't even know how to deal with this event. This once again proves that the legal circulation of cryptocurrency is possible as far as states allow it.

I think there is a a sense of failure surrounding with Mark Zuckerberg right now...its Libra and its Diem now are both not catching any excitement and have been facing many hurdles his team could not surmount. And there are now also those saying that its jump into Meta can be proven to be unfortunate. I am sure that we have a genius inside Mark Zuckerberg but there can come a time in an entrepreneur like him when things are not working as planned due to factors unforeseen or it is the market that is really cold to the idea he is getting into. Certainly, it is about time that his almost monopoly on social media industry be broken and that people should start shifting somewhere else. As to Diem, it is time to dismantle the whole thing just like its Libra months ago.
