Title: wBNB
Post by: Evgenklm on February 03, 2022, 09:08:11 PM
I've always wanted to ask this question... Let's say there is a BNB and a WBNB (wrapped) in the BSC network, what is this coin for in the network? if I understand correctly, does this coin interact when swapping on dex exchanges?

According to my experience in cryptocurrencies and this may also be my shortcoming in BNB coin analysis.

wBNB is Wrapped BNB.
Basically the original BNB is a type of coin from the BEP2 blockchain network, with a wallet prefix like bnb1 ... ... ...
The wBNB in Pancake is a BNB that has been equated with the original BNB with a blockchain network type from BEP20 or Binance Smart Chain with a wallet prefix of 0x ... ... .. .

For the value of the BNB (bep2) and wBNB (bep20) coins, it must be evenly distributed because these two blockchains are well integrated, safe, accurate and fast in terms of price changes.

The option to buy BNB and wBNB coins remains the same and there is no difference.
Maybe it's more accurate if the wBNB coin is an equally matched coin from the BNB coin on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain.
wBNB is also designed with a very unique system that can be on a network of wallets such as Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Polkadot because it has a system called EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine).

I trade BNB on Binance, and wBNB on PancakeSwap, everything is easy and no problem as Binance Chain and BSC interact very well through Binance exchange. Now that we have the BNB chain, hope everything will be even more convenient and easier.
