Circle Internet Financial and Concord Acquisition Corp, issuing USD Coin (USDC), will merge businesses and form a new holding company in conjunction with the "new transaction agreement". The established company will acquire both Concord and Circle and become publicly traded. The business is scheduled to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the code “CRCL”.
