As a matter of facts, airdrops is currently building a problem than building a community. This is because several airdrop campaign out there are scams, and some of these airdrop that look genuine purposely refuse to distribute airdrop to participants after work. In short, airdrops is currently causing more harm to the crypto space than good. This is my opinion. Thanks

I find airdrops as a sort of a spam. Specially if a referral system is involved in reward system. Second issue with airdrops is impatient participants, that flood project social media with distribution questions. Double spam. What will investor think of a projects reputation when he sees everyone is spamming about it?

Every form of crypto involvement still require research, either airdrop, bounty or investments. Any form of social media campaign with a scam project might tarnish such followers trust. U can as well delete any tweet if u dont believe in such project any more.

I think you have not got the point the writer was making, the pace at which airdrop campaign is currently going should be great concerned to the entire crypto space. For example, irrelevant airdrops for scam project has the tendency to increase some level of insecurities on the crypto community. When there are many scam airdrops related to crypto, this could also poss some treat to the real project because people will think of being scam and will reduce real time project participations. Too many airdrop without a real usercases is a big treat to crypto growth and development. It should be a concerned to everyone enthusiast. Thanks.
