Binance Smart Chain (BSC), the layer 1, or base, blockchain of crypto exchange Binance, announced a major rebranding and a push towards expansion, according to a press release shared with CoinDesk.
- BSC is rebranding to BNB Chain, which stands for Build and Build, in an effort to draw a connection to Binance’s BNB token, the governance token for the protocol, the press release said.
- The BNB Chain will be made up of two parts: BNB Beacon Chain, previously Binance Chain; and BNB Smart Chain, formerly BSC. BSC is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), where smart contracts are executed, and serves as a hub to access other blockchains.

It's interesting to see they tried to remove "Binance" brand from BNB and BSC. I think this is good since Binance as a brand is a bit tainted with probes/warnings from regulators. What do you think? What will follow this rebrand?

The BNB has reached a super good ecosystem and there are many, just like the ecosystem from Ethereum and BNB, to change the word into anything, BNB is still like the case now that has an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) system on the Binance Smart Chan platform.
Until this moment the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) is very much loved by the cryptocurrency community so that this Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) can penetrate into coins such as Polygin Matic, Avalanche, Kucoin, Huobi Token, Hoo.
Maybe from me the BNB has Boom And Boom which means = explodes in price until it continues to explode until it reaches the latest ATH.

BNB continues to build its ecosystem so that it can continue to exist in the cryptocurrency market and the results are very commensurate for BNB to be able to continue to have the best work in cryptocurrency because of Changpeng Zhao's true sincerity for BNB.

I'm not fixated on the name of the coin because the name of the coin is always changing and sometimes the symbol for the coin is also always changing.
I will call this BNB as BSC because I think these two coins are the same, the only difference is the blockchain is between BEP2 and BEP20.
I don't know what that means, but maybe to minimize investor confusion about the coins they own.
Build and Build or Binance Coin , that's same and not problem to me .

I admit that I love the Build 'N Build name and I must tell you this is actually surprised me to see that they made this change months ago and I just aware of this now...though I am using their platform almost everyday. This is just actually a small rebranding move and maybe that is why the community just took it like a cute kind of thing, nothing to rev about or react to aggressively. I believe in BNB and Binance and though it is also very controversial sometimes, this is already proven by the test of time and it made it to the top and still is right now.

BNB may be an abbreviation of Big N Bang just like the theory of this planet expressed by famous people. I mean one day maybe this BNB coin will explode in price maybe it can exceed 2,000 USD for 1 BNB and that is the same as the explosion of the price of BNB which was first listed maybe the price was below 1 USD.
