Yes it is because the security of the tether is world-class and they are also a crypto fo the tether converts cash into a digital currency and it also a transparent to everyone.

Transparent to everyone?  I haven't even seen proof that bitfinex actually has the cash value locked up as a representative of the tether they are printing.. that's anything but transparent.
