I just saw this news on my Facebook feed. Probably that would be one of the biggest exploits in the history of crypto. But I am not playing Axie Infinity anymore as I’ve already called it quit a year ago, but most of my Facebook crypto friends are playing it like crazy until now.

These hackers just keep getting smarter than ever if their hacking methods don’t work. They’ll never stop, and they’ll never will. They’re merciless and are doing whatever it takes to become rich thugs with the stolen funds that they have.

So far this is considered the second largest cryptocurrency hack (https://theforexreview.com/2022/03/29/ronin-network-victim-of-second-largest-crypto-hack-in-history/)  in crypto history. Only the Poly Network hack was bigger than this.  However, those funds were recovered after many crypto exchanges and blockchain companies joined in together in the hunt for the identities of the hackers. We'll see whether the Ronin money will be recovered.

This is just another example. I've always thought that #DevelopmentTeam s and companies should spend more money on security than marketing, but very few teams do that. With this attack, not only the security of the validators, but also the entire cryptocurrency industry has been exposed, and in these moments of uncertainty we do not need it, considering the political and economic state of the world. I hope that Axie has fixed the problem and that their investors don't panic and sell.
