Shiba Inu, the meme-coin project that mimicked dogecoin, has announced it is launching its own take on the metaverse. This is the right move for Shiba Inu into the Metaverse of its own and for sure this can have a very positive impact o the network in terms of usage, adoption and of course the price as people buying the land plots are using SHIB. This will also solidity Shiba Inu to not anymore be taken lightly as just another meme token...this is the serious contender and can soon be kicking Dogecoin away into a lower spot but can also be a big challenge to make it more innovative and adoptive to changing times.

In my opinion, if that virtual land is just a land like the physical lands that we bought, that would be kinda cool if the owner choose to hold it until the value skyrockets in maybe months, years or so. However, what’s more cool for me is if those virtual lands by SHIB can be rented by virtual owners for certain activities that would give us passive income in SHIB.
