Last night my trust wallet got hacked
i got 86$ in my trust wallet when i wake up today they where gone. I dont know why this happened to me.
I need some tips to avoid in future

This is very sad for you to lost your assets on trust wallet , you should avoid fishing tokens which are freely given by someone because they are scammers and if you add them in your wallet then there is maximum chance your wallet will be hacked so you should be carefull from scammers and free tokens...

I agree with you I think I did add some of them free tokens but now I remove them from my trust wallet now
and it will be so helpful for me to give me some good tips for security because I don't want to lose my assets again

Surely it has been for trying to move tokens that we receive in Trust Wallet (also happens in other wallets) and that we do not know why we have received them, that is the trap. Those unknown tokens have code snippets in their contract to verify private stuff from our wallets. The best and safest thing for us and our funds is to ignore those unknown tokens and not try to send them anywhere, otherwise our wallet is exposed to attack and theft. Always distrust something that has been given to you if you do not know the person who sent it to you.

Just be thankful that it’s only $86. A few days ago, my Trust Wallet was hacked too. Not just one, but 3 wallets drained for a grand total of $12,400+ after I wake up even if seed phrases aren’t needed to hack. I remembered about downloading a ZIP file which I wasn’t aware that it was a malware (and also not transferring most of my funds to Ledger before the hack).
It’s all about using our common sense and learn to have “second thoughts” mentality before downloading a file from an unknown source. It’s better to ask for a Google Drive link instead as it can scan for viruses before downloading.

If you use Trust Wallet then it is completely safe but some precautions need to be taken in it. It can also be hacked if you are not careful.
The most careful thing is that if any free token is found in it, then remove it from your wallet, otherwise hackers can hack your wallet. This method of Veet Hack is very much in vogue.

All these problems are the same as in computer security in general. The biggest problem is not the software (although it has programming errors) the biggest problem is always the human factor. No matter how secure a piece of software is, it will always be susceptible to attack as users don't know what they are using and how they can make it more secure. The error, once again, is the lack of knowledge by users, and that is much more dangerous when we talk about crypto.

The reason wallet is hacked is scam token. There are some scam tokens that we just get. If we add these tokens to the wallet then the wallet is likely to be hacked.So stay away from those tokens.
