In the future, all states will adopt appropriate rules for the arrest and confiscation of cryptocurrency, which was obtained illegally. There is nothing unusual about this. Separate rules are necessary due to the specifics of storing, fixing and withdrawing such a cryptocurrency. The main thing is to provide an optimal mechanism that would not allow the possibility of abuse of such a right by law enforcement agencies.
