Hello,
I am newbie is this world. Few days ago I opened a Kukoin account. Now, when I type kukoin to login to my account I am redirected to Coinex website registration page. Why?
What happened? Is this the same company or something is wrong here?
(it happens with every browser.)
Thanks for explanation.

That is a very old "trick", and logically it is not only used in cryptography. There are hundreds of websites and companies doing the same thing to try and gain more users on their platforms when people make mistakes while typing web addresses. Unfortunately, many scammers also use it to, thanks to user error, get them to sign up for fake exchanges with very similar names. That is why it is very important to carefully review what we write.
