The more Russians deal with the law on digital currency, the more it seems that as a result, citizens will be subjected to such requirements that it will simply be unprofitable to engage in cryptocurrency. What is the proposed obligation of citizens to store cryptocurrency either on centralized exchanges or in wallets, if before that the owner of the wallet informs the relevant supervisory authorities about their secret keys. With the current impunity of law enforcement agencies, this will actually mean reporting secret key data to unauthorized persons. It seems that they do not ban cryptocurrencies there just because the law enforcement agencies themselves want to use the wallets of citizens.
