Terra Blockchain Temporarily Stops Block Production, Aims to Restart Network With a Patch

At 12:14 p.m. (ET), the Twitter account operated by the Terra team announced that the Terra blockchain network had been halted. According to the Terra developers’ tweet, Terra validators needed to apply a patch to further disable delegations. I am quite so sad that this whole thing happened with Terra which can have a long-lasting implications not limited to its own platform but to the whole cryptocurrency industry. Right now, all stablecoins are in question in case they have the same kind of weakness exhibited by UST and of course those in the government is now studying the whole crypto market if we are not just playing a big game of deception here. Surely, the path of regulations for crypto industry is being shifted right now due to what happened to Terra. I am not so sure if there is still a future for this platform or when they can be able to stand again.
