Coinbase published an article 3 days ago on Friday where one of the recipients of their Crypto Community Fund Awards (user @LionesEscanor on twitter) developed a new blockchain with integer factorization as proof of work. There appears to be a integer deadpool feature that's coming too.
The whitepaper can be found on the blockchain website fact0rn.io, or you can google the coinbase article and find the link there. Has anyone checked this out? Is anyone mining this stuff? What do you guys think?
