As part of the launch of nUSD, we are also making a change to the Havven smart contract that may affect your experience on such platforms as MyEtherWallet and EtherScan. This is due to a new proxy contract system that we implemented to be able to update the contracts remotely without affecting user experience. We have contacted each of those platforms and the issue should be resolved soon.

In the meantime, here is what you can do to view the HAV tokens in your wallet:

EtherScan.io
If you had HAVs in your wallet, you will currently see a new token transfer in EtherScan for a new ‘HAV’ token. The old tokens are still visible as “Erc20 (HAV)” but currently frozen, and they will be destroyed shortly. The new tokens you see are havvens, but with the updated contract address.

Any token balance of less than 50 HAVs did not have their new token transfer appear on EtherScan. Once wallets with a balance of less than 50 HAVs send a HAV transfer (even of 0 value), their balance will appear correctly.

MyEtherWallet (MEW)
Update: The new HAV contract address has been added to MyEtherWallet as a default token. You can select HAV as a token, and view your balance there.

Balance Checker
Update: The balance checker (https://havven.io/balance-checker) on our site has also been updated to point to the new contract address.
