MUNDIS NETWORK (https://www.mundis.io/)
It's a set of building blocks required to achieve a scalable, interoperable Multiverse ecosystem (Metaverses, NFTs, GameFi) where users socialize, play, work, navigate, shop, and create experiences.
The objective of Mundis is to deliver technology, standards, and protocols for current and future Metaverse projects:
- a Layer 0 backbone with sub-second finality times, inter-chain data exchange, distributed storage, identity management, naming system, and required supporting services for Metaverse projects
- Layer 1 byzantine state-machines with custom consensus rules, assets, and governance
- a Layer 2 extensible UI infrastructure where Metaverse projects deploy their visual assets, experiences and Metaverses
Developers use Mundis (https://www.mundis.io/) to build their Metaverse projects as Layer 1 byzantine state-machines, define their economic rules and interactions, issue their tokens, NFTs and assets. Metaverse projects that build on Mundis (https://www.mundis.io/) are natively interoperable and deeply integrated in the ecosystem. Tokens and NFTs can be used across the entire Multiverse, teleported to/from other blockchains, and integrated natively in the UI.
Mundis (https://www.mundis.io/) is both a technology and visual platform, delivering a complete operating system for Metaverse projects to thrive. It provides all required tools and services for technical and economic exchange, payments, DeFi, visual asset and game development. It's a complete ecosystem where Architects and Governors participate in Layer 0 and Layer 1 consensus to validate transactions and secure the Multiverse.
Layer 0
The Layer 0 has lightning-fast interoperability featuring a next-generation delegated proof-of-history model that enables super-fast transactions and very low fees.
The blockchain works with Proof of History consensus and:
• a VDF-based hash-chain that acts as the global timeline for the ecosystem
• sub-second block finality and 100k+ TPS (no smart contracts)
• an optimized pBFT state-machine with sub-state sharding for side-chains
• side-chain checkpointing service to record validated block headers and Merkle proofs
• Garbage collector for side chains that lose validator support
We’re going for a solid governance system ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders, and coordinating network upgrades on-chain, autonomously, with no forks needed.
L0 Validators validate Layer 0 transactions and participate in Global Governance. L1 Validators validate and govern L1 Sidechains or Metaverses.
Supporting services for the Multiverse: Wallet, Marketplace, DEX, Launchpad, Decentralized Storage, Identity Management, Naming Service.
Layer 1
Interoperable worlds, created as specialized, byzantine state machines with PoS-based consensus. Each chain has its own genesis and consensus rules, optional smart-contract support, DAOs, and more, built using the Substrate framework
Layer 2
An extensible UI infrastructure where developers deploy their visual assets, experiences and Metaverses. It allows users to interact with the Multiverse using desktop, mobile and AR/VR devices. It's an engaging, visually immersive, interactive experience.

We have an ongoing event -> Rattle & Shake the DEVNET (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdnONuuC29hzi-DmG7CFJTiKeGv_7nlIA0ZTwWMYmXf5PimeQ/viewform)
--------------------------------
Rattle & Shake is an ongoing series of incentivized scheduled events that will run continuously throughout the remainder of 2022, where our community can help deploy and test different blockchain releases.
Each Rattle & Shake event will generally run for a month at a time and will focus on a specific Mundis (https://www.mundis.io/) blockchain release, starting with the DEVNET, then following with the TESTNET release.
The Rattle & Shake events ensure will have a process by which the network vulnerabilities and adversarial strategies can be consistently tested and addressed, before being implemented into the Mainnet.
The event “Rattle & Shake the DEVNET” will happen in June, and validators can already register.
Anyone can register if they have the appropriate hard and software.
The objective of Rattle & Shake is to identify and understand any system and operational design flaws by incentivizing participants to stress test the network through various, performance-focused challenges.
In addition to these stress tests, the Rattle & Shake participants are encouraged to design and implement adversarial strategies toward each other in order to test the security and robustness of the network.
Rattle & Shake validators will be responsible for:
• Maintaining an operating node for at least 50% of the active Rattle & Shake event time;
• Solving the challenges
• Reporting any software bugs
All Validators that participate in the Rattle & Shake events are eligible as Mainnet Layer 0 Validators
