Post by: tonymillions84 on June 15, 2022, 07:17:28 PM
The current market situation shows that crypto is still a volatile asset to invest in. current billions of dollars are been liquidated from exchanges. recently, over 100,billion dollars was liqudated from exchanges and it is believed that if bitcon move down to 17,000 price tag, another 100 billion will be liquated. is crypto really worth the investment or it is a ponzi where people make money or loose it.

Such liquidations can be also found at non-crypto stock exchange, so it's ponzi too?  ???

Yes, high volatility is an inherent attribute of this market. This is both its advantage and disadvantage. Moreover, this market has always developed cyclically. Price growth was invariably followed by a decline, and then growth again. Yes, there was a deep drop in 2014, 2018 and now in 2022. After each recession, the market not only recovered, but rose in price terms much higher. Therefore, what difference does it make how many billions of dollars this market has lost in terms of capitalization. Prices vseravno not only recover, but also rise significantly. You just need to be patient.

Crypto is a big game with huge manipulation from the market maker. We must comply if we do not want to lose money in this market. I think every crypto winter is different but they all have a common characteristic that the price falls very deeply for bookies to collect BTC & ETH from the market.

Indeed, a lot of money was withdrawn from the exchanges, of course, this is due to panic and the global crisis, in particular in relation to the United States, where all prices have now increased, people have begun to invest less in cryptocurrency and buy priority goods for themselves.

It is definitely not a ponzi. Every financial market is volatile in nature and fall in value also happens from time to time. But that does not mean it’s a ponzi. So the same goes for crypto currencies as well. They are valuable digital assets and will surely gain strength once the situation gets better.

The bear run of 2018 started in mid-January and even got down to below $3k sometime in December. It’s because of more FUD news from the government and institutions not acknowledging Bitcoin and altcoins as legit, especially the likes of Warren Buffett calling BTC a rat poison and other bad news because of not understanding Bitcoin.

Comparing this bear run of 2022 than in 2018, I feel that we are in a much better position than in 2018 because of the continuous adoption of financial institutions and traditional companies, expanding to NFTs, Web3 and metaverse, etc. Bitcoin’s support is much more stronger than before.
