Domuscoin and Realitystate is a crypto project with property ideas in 2017 and 2018
I don't see a good improvement from these two projects, as they ended up with initial investor refunds due to regulatory reasons they couldn't enforce such as crypto payments being rejected by some countries.

A smart contract is a self-executing contract with the terms of the agreement between buyer and seller being directly written into lines of code. The code and the agreements contained therein exist across a distributed, decentralized blockchain network.

There is a big potential in the use of the blockchain technology and smart contracts to make it better and much more aligned with the market into the future...however am also seeing that there is no big progress with this arena up to now. I am really hoping that there can be platforms dealing with this that can make some good breakthroughs in the real estate marketplace.
