Onenet is creating a platform they've tagged "The Hub of Video Games" on cosmos ecosystem, SecretNetwork to be precised. This will be a desktop app that will feature all games hosted on Onenet platform. Other features of the hub include the launcher; which will be used to run each games, the community; that will allow user profiling, friends lists and chats, news, educational tips and NFT marketplace.
The first game featuring on Onenet is Bushi; a fast paced multi-player third-person shooter game. According to the whitepaper, Bushi is going to be a free to play to earn game with an in-game token featured by Onenet($ONE). It's going to be a PC compatible game featuring a Neo-Futuristic Japan settings. The engine it will use is Unreal Engine 5.
As the gamenomics is releasing later, there is an insight towards how things will work on the game in the file below. To mention but few, players will earn $ONE token as in-game incentives and they can also purchase it to customize and upgrade their NFTs.
Bushi is currently in the development stage and the team is planning to issue out Genesis NFTs that will serve as fund raising scheme with future benefits that contributors will enjoy when they mint. There's no doubt that Onenet is planning to bring a new dive to cosmos ecosystem through their web3 gaming hub system. They have partnered with other projects on the SecretNetwork and looking forward for more partnership.
