The regulation of cryptocurrency mining in Kazakhstan is carried out depending on the level of energy consumption by miners and is quite acceptable. Moreover, if the miners use their own "green" energy, the tax is reduced tenfold. I think that cryptocurrency mining will continue to flourish after these amendments. The state could also, when setting the level of taxation, take into account not only the energy consumed during mining, but also the profitability of the cryptocurrency that is being mined.
