At the moment I couldn't see any coin that can defeat bitcoin for the bigger coin now is no other than it is bitcoin. In fact no like bitcoin in the market. Although there are some have potential to be like bitcoin but still bitcoin is different.

For me theres no coin will reach Bitcoin unless ETH, Because for me ETH have potential to reach Bitcoin, Last year ETH will increase over half of price of bitcoin so maybe in the future ETH will surpass bitcoin.

MCan Coin (https://mcan.io/) will rise to a $600 million dollar company in 3 years and the coin price is expected rise with the increasing growth of the company.

In my opinion, some coins from ICOs a=can be bigger such as WT (WorldWifi) and APOD (Airpod). I also love EOS.

It will and that will very very soon. Bitcoin is so strong ryt now and no coin could ever beat it. Even ETH is still far away from Bitcoin. For now you should worry about your tokens and investment and decide which of them values ryt now

I don't think that thing is possible for all new coins and even in the future. Bitcoin controls all crypto currencies in the market so there is no coin can replace bitcoin.

Their are some coin that already beat bitcoin in term of price. Look for "42coin" there you find btc is just half of the coin price. I was also surprise by this coin but when I look at the coin market cap its true.

I do not think anybody can predict the future of any coin. If the early adopters of bitcoin knew the price will rise as high as 20k $ in future, they would have hold until now.

I am sure EOS will be bigger in the future. It is good crypto and very potentially coin.
Yes i agree with you EOS has big potential in the future especially for decentralize application dapps and smart contract platform, it will be bigger than ethereum platform in the future because EOS has good solutions for scaling issues than ethereum's platform. But i am doubt if EOS can beat the bitcoin because it is something different between EOS and bitcoin.

Bitcoin is slowly getting obsolete moving forward a big percentage that coins like eth will overtake it. We know that partial of the people that come into crypto is for money and the other is for the technology so in the long term if a new coin technology is more advance and more crypto users is looking at it and it will create more hype and become more profitable so the new coins will gain more awareness and bitcoin will lose it king status.

I don't think people will going to leave Bitcoin, more especially those Bitcoin fanatics out there they won't leave whatever happened to Bitcoin price. Well, to answer your subject, the following coins (in my opinion) could be outperformed Bitcoin in the near future; ZClassic, MoneroV, Ethereum Classic, Neo, and EOS.

So far there is nothing new coin under the sun that can beat bitcoin. It is a matter of long long time before defeating the dominance of btc. In fact, there were alts that somebody think about it is the next bitcoin but still we can't able to see it in the market top coins.

Many prediction and speculation say's that there a new altcoins would become competitive soon in bitcoin in terms of price and value,and its maybe happen soon,and we dont know when,otherwise i thinks people couldn't not leave btc but not means that they also focus only in altcoins or bitcoins i thinks there is a same and become profitable,so theres nothing leaving into bitcoin.

the biggest coin for the future I think is still BTC coins, because the BTC price is stable and the price is stable.

I think there is a long path to beat BTC. Maybe in 5-10 years time, but right now all the coins are dependent on BTC.
I don't think ETH is a good replacement for btc, what they focus are not the same. ETH will always be a valuable coin (at least for now).

No, nothing can defeat bitcoin. Remember that in crypto currency before the coins can establish a good position in the market it is always subject to experience hardship of testing and it is also not safe from the pump and dump group before it gets respect from investors and you only see such kind of altcoins very few.

It is so very hard to manipulated of all coins in the market which will be bigger in the future for me as long as bitcoin the price is so much very low but I am still hoping at the end bitcoin will be the one can solved for the futures coming.

think the coins that can be bigger in the future are the infrastructure projects, the project that are build to run smart contract on them because i feel in the near future a lot of people will use their platform to issue contract.

Any utility-type coin will have a strongest staying power in the long term imho. You'd never know in the distant future even green energy utility tokens like WePower and VLUX will do well, especially governments become greener and consumers demand for a more sustainable future

Bitcoin's foundation's and popularities grows strong as years rolls by and until now bitcoin is always in the top and it really differs on it's price because bitcoin is very valuable compare to other cryptocoins in the market. Maybe some people are hoping that some coins will soar high and will surpass bitcoin in the future especially terms of value and popularities. But for now bitcoin and ethereum are those coins that i really consider as the best of all crypto's now and in the future.

I never thought like that. in my opinion it is impossible if there are other coins that exceed the price of bitcoin. I think "there is no and never existed" price of altcoin can exceed the price of bitcoin. Because the value of all the reference coins is bitcoin.
But on the other side, I think, as for altcoin potentially offset (not exceeding) the price of bitcoin in the future is ETH, BCH.

I don't agree with you due to ethereum will be inflation coins, when it switch to proof of stake the alternatives coins will be higher in the future is ethereum classic ETC due to it combine between ethereum and bitcoin.

Ethereum is going to blow our mind away in the very nearest future. Ethereum has been so stable in spite of bull run on bitcoin. Ethereum ecosystem is also very stable as well! In all the altcoin, Ethereum seem to be the only alt that can stand all by itself.

I don't think that there will be a new coin to replace bitcoin for now as I believe bitcoin will still be leading the cryptomarket. There are still many btc supporters and investors of btc as this will continue to further grow in the coming months to come. Considering if btc will no longer continue, I think next to btc is ETH that may lead in the cryptocurrency if such scenario will take place.

I also agree on that the bitcoin will really rise soon and it will still dominate the price on the market place. The bitcoin is the first of all coin that reach 20k USD and I think it will make a new history on this end of year 2018.

How can anyone be sure in any crypto currency? As you can see all of them are rising and falling. More and more ICOs appear with their own new crypto. Maybe the best way is to invest in new ICO tokens as they will be growing and you'll have to work hard on it, but for now Bitcoin seems more or less stable.

Future , my opinion now still Bitcoin is most powerful and top one cryptocurrency. Next 10 years Bitcoin will be bigger coin in cryptomarket. But everything is possible at cryptomarket . Most people believe ethereum and I also believe on ethereum.
