The cryptomus kyc isn't mandatory. It's only comes in play when you want to use their p2p services. I have been using their wallet for some time now, and had no issues withdrawing. I make withdrawal of USDT and BTC without stress. I also have used their conversion features successfully.

Never tried it yet I though that the reply from the bot about fiat also includes USDT, which means KYC is mandatory if you deposit or withdraw fiat but not for any stable coins like USDT and USDC?

Yea, I convert first to USDT before withdrawal. Their withdrawal fee for BTC is quite expensive so I don't use it straight up..

Man, now I feel stupid! The first time I withdrew my BTC, I thought the high fee was due to network congestion + their service fee + commission and etc. I didn't felt like checking the network fee for other coins! But later I realized it could have been saved just by withdrawing from a different coin. I didn't gave much thought about it then and paid like $4 in fees for the withdrawal. Later someone suggested to me to use the convert option to convert the BTC into USDT and then withdraw it. It cost me around $0.50. I feel bad for myself! Could have saved a couple of bucks if I had been more careful.

The Bitcoin withdrawal fee is a bit high but the fees change depends on the current network congestion. I sometimes get lower than $3 in fees but this past few days it didn't drop below $3 that's why I want to try to convert it to any stable coin or USDT just to avoid the expensive fees on BTC.
I used the Arbitrum network for the withdrawal, and it cost me around $0.50. You may use other networks as well, like BSC and so on. The other person said, it cost him like $0.25 using the BSC network! Just make sure you are not withdrawing BTC directly! Not only that, but their security system is also top notch! I haven't come across any sites that are this strict in terms of security. It shows how serious they are with their security. Every time you visit Cryptomus, you have to re-login, which is a good practice. Nobody can accidentally access your wallet, since the session expires very quickly. As far as I know, it doesn't even last a day.
The only thing I dislike is the commission for BTC withdrawals. Although it can be avoided by using the Convert option. I'm okay with USDT as long as I don't pay excessive fees.

It seems the spot exchange is open. I just want to ask if it requires KYC when trading on a spot exchange. I just want to try it. I saw that it uses TradingView, but it lacks features like adding indicators and other features to set how much you want to buy or sell. What I can only do is draw and use some patterns and only has buy and sell option.

I think it depends on what crypto you are going to convert if it was a BTC to USDT maybe the limit is above $10 but if you convert it to cheap coins I think it should be work.

Since their true purpose is to provide a wallet service with some features to invest in, like staking, or to exchange your coins to other crypto, that is why there's spot trading because the convert option is to exchange your crypto instantly, but having a spot we can decide how much the price of the crypto we want it to exchange.

Well, I've waited on the 5-minute countdown, but the process took too long after 5 minutes. That is why I keep sending because it wasn't deducted from my balance.
I think it took 30 minutes before it deducted to my balance what I think there's a problem on their backend at that time that caused these delays on withdrawal, or maybe because of their DNS server, Cloudflare, because Jan. 17 there's an issue about "AWS S3 SDK compatibility inconsistencies." I don't know if Cryptomus was one of the affected during that time, but it might be the reason for the delays.

A few days ago, when I was using Cryptomus exchange, I got a Server Error notification. However, when I tried to continue making transactions, it was successful, including when sending trading results to other wallets.
Another issue I have encountered is that one of the USDT networks (Solana) cannot be used several times, so I finally switched to using another blockchain network (BSC).
Maybe the issues with the network you are using are also one cause of the long transaction process.
