Despite endless media appearances, SBF unlikely to testify on Dec. 13

One observer suggested Bankman-Fried may be reluctant to discuss FTX due to the legal implication of lying under oath to the U.S. Congress.

Bankman Fried has no option than submit himself for all his wrong doing and face the law. The more he delay justice, the the issue will continue to hunt him. I will advise him to open up on his dubious business deals to serve as a lesson to him. He also must face prosecution for all financial recklessness to serve as lessons others too.
